Different opening hours
On all federal and NRW state holidays, our business is closed. We kindly ask for your understanding, especially from our customers in neighboring countries. Christmas/New Year 2026/27: from 19.12.26–09.01.2027, our sales will be closed.
As well we are closed in the Cologne "Karneval"main period, a week usually in February or March.
Company holidays: based on NRW-school holidays, 1 week around easter, 3 weeks in summer (July/August), 2 weeks in fall (October)
Opening hours:
Tuesday Thursday Friday: 10:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 2:30p.m. - 5 p.m.
Our shop is always closed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Collection and consultation appointments on these days are possible, but only by prior arrangement. We are available to a limited extent by telephone on these days, but we will be happy to call you back if you leave us a message or send us an e-mail.

Easter Saturday always closed.
Closing days like Fridays when a public holiday is on a Thursday, we try to list on google and at a temporary banner on our website. If in doubt please check with us before making a long journey.
